Shipping in the United States

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will be billed for return shipments along with the cost of services.

If shipping to us, please use UPS or USPS. We have considerable trouble receiving packages from Fed Ex and anything shipped Fed Ex requiring travel (50 miles) to receive a package from the depot will incur a $30 pick-up fee.

Free Shipping in the United States with Minimum Order Quantity of 10 Bath Bombs

Purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate from our Louisiana location. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 2-7 business days from receipt of your order. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process and pack your order.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We DO NOT ship to any US territories. We CANNOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands.

US Military & Diplomatic Addresses

We are now able to ship to APO / FPO / DPO locations. We only ship with USPS Priority Mail, which will normally takes between 5-9 business days. However, due to the fact that the package is leaving the continent, it may take significantly longer than estimated.

International Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. Ella’s Bath Bombs does not back order.

Order Cancellation and Changes

We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at 1.225.978.0559 and quote your order number.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.



We want you to be overwhelmed with excitement and happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange a phone or online order, please call us at 1-225-978-0559 or email us at to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions.

Returned items need to be 100% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 15 days after the date we shipped your order. Acceptable returns will receive a refund of the purchase price less a 35% restocking fee.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
